All new products sold on this web site have a factory warranty. If there is a factory defect with the item, it needs to be sent back to the factory for repair. I will be happy to assist you in any way I can, but the item needs to go back to the factory for warranty work not Fuller's Fast Electrics.

All items sold off of the "Scratch and Dent' page are either new or used. Either way they are in working condition but sold as is.

If the item is damaged during shipment you should contact the shipper. All items sent be Fuller's Fast Electrics are insured unless otherwise instructed by the buyer.
